“ Hi Ashley The car is great thanks. Ian said the delivery man was excellent. As predicted the children think it wonderful too. Running boards were a good option and should save the door sills from some of the scrapes. Rear outer seats are also heated on this one - and it doesn't say that in the brochures as far as I can see (the handbook infers its part of the Exec package) that's a bonus as they fight over the heated front seat in winter! Thanks for all your help in sorting the car out, much appreciated and needless to say I will be recommending you to anybody looking for a vehicle. “ Excellent experience using BroomBroom, would happily recommend and use again. We were given very clear information regarding price, car details and competitors offers. The car itself, Mercedes M class, grand edition, was replacing a previous M class. We expected to be pleased but have been overwhelmed by the improvements made to the grand edition. It is truly a luxury driving experience, added to which we are getting 10 miles to the gallon more from this, being blue efficiency in comparison to our 09 plated M class. All in all, a great experience dealing with BroomBroom and we are delighted with the car. 5*s all round ”

“ I have to say it [broombroom's service] made life v easy, it was efficient, competitive and without all the sucking up and long winded process that dealers seem to undertake in this day and age, the only thing that they do provide is access to the car for the test drive for initial impressions/decision process and of course the service follow up, but not the price edge, even when you ask if this is your best price ;D. So on this basis will be back when the next car is on the agenda, great work and saved a lot of leg work and time for me, and the delivery etc was as easy as picking up from any dealer.
